Shipping coverage

We ship to addresses within the United States only. We cannot ship to international addresses, PO boxes, or military APO/FPO addresses at this time.

We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and package size.

Processing and delivery times

We process orders within 1-3 business days after you place them. Once your order ships, delivery takes 5-7 business days.

This means your total wait time from order to delivery is approximately 6-10 business days.

Order cutoff time

Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM Pacific Time to begin processing that same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will begin processing the next business day.

Example:

• Order placed Monday at 11:00 AM → processing starts Monday
• Order placed Monday at 1:00 PM → processing starts Tuesday

Shipping cost

Flat rate: $4.95

This applies to all orders regardless of size or weight within the United States.

Tracking information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number, the shipping carrier’s name, and a direct link to track your package.

Important: It can take 1-3 days for tracking information to show up in the carrier’s system after your package ships. This is normal. If your tracking link shows no information initially, check back after a day or two.

Delays and lost packages

Delayed shipments:
Carrier delays can happen due to holidays, weather, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control. Check your tracking number first to see the latest status. If your package is significantly delayed beyond the 7 business day delivery window, contact us at [email protected].

Lost packages:
If your tracking shows no movement for several days, or if your package doesn’t arrive within 15 business days of your order date, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue. In cases where a package is confirmed lost, we will either reship your order or issue a refund.
