Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Alterations and tailoring services
Alteration services are performed on-site at our Norwalk location. We make every effort to complete alterations according to your specifications, but we cannot guarantee results for items with structural damage, poor quality construction, or fabric that cannot handle alteration.
You are responsible for trying on altered items before leaving our store. Once you leave with an altered item, we cannot guarantee additional adjustments.
Limitation of liability
Gem European Footwear is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the specific item or service in question.
